Pak VIP Login

Wrong password. Expired code. Number not recognised. Most sign-in trouble on Pak VIP comes down to one of these three, and each has a quick fix.

This page explains every route into your account, along with what to do when a route is blocked. In addition, it covers the first steps after you sign in, so your account stays safe from day one.

02 — Sign-in routes

Three Ways to Sign In to Pak VIP

Pak VIP gives you more than one door into your account. Pick whichever suits you best at the moment.

Door 1: Mobile Number and Password

This is the everyday method, and most users rely on it.

  1. Open the Pak VIP app on your phone.
  2. Tap the sign-in tab on the welcome screen.
  3. Enter your registered mobile number.
  4. Type your password carefully, paying attention to capital letters.
  5. Press the sign-in button, and the lobby will load.

Door 2: One-Time Code (OTP) Sign-In

Forgot your password but still have your SIM? In that case, the OTP route gets you in without it.

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose the option to sign in with a code.
  2. Enter your mobile number and request the code.
  3. Type the code from your text messages before it expires.
  4. Once inside, set a new password from your profile.

Door 3: Browser Sign-In on the Official Site

Sometimes the app is not handy, for example on a laptop. If a web version is live, you can use the same number and password in your browser.

However, always type the site address yourself or use a saved bookmark. Never follow sign-in links sent by strangers.

03 — The screen

A Closer Look at the Login Screen

The sign-in screen looks simple, yet every part has a job. Here is what each one does:

Screen ElementWhat It Does
Country Code (+92)Set for Pakistan by default, so leave it as it is
Number FieldYour registered mobile number goes here
Password FieldYour secret password, hidden with dots
Eye IconShows the password so you can check for typos
Remember MeKeeps you signed in on your own phone only
Forgot PasswordStarts the reset process through OTP
Sign Up LinkTakes new users to the registration form
Language SwitchChanges the screen between English and Urdu
Support IconOpens a chat with the help desk
04 — Number format

The Right Way to Type Your Number

Believe it or not, a badly typed number causes more failed sign-ins than anything else. The main trap is the leading zero.

How You Type ItResult
+92 3001234567Correct
+92 03001234567Wrong, because of the extra zero
03001234567 (when +92 is already shown)Wrong, for the same reason
300 123 4567 (with spaces)May fail, so remove the spaces

Simple rule: when the app already shows +92, start your number with 3, not 03.

05 — Recovery

Locked Out? Your Recovery Map

Getting locked out is stressful, especially with a balance in the account. Fortunately, each lockout type has a clear way back.

Forgot Password

  1. Tap “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen.
  2. Enter your registered number and request an OTP.
  3. Type the code, then create a brand-new password.
  4. Sign in with the new password straight away.

Choose something you have not used before, with a mix of letters and numbers.

Lost SIM or Changed Number

Without your old SIM, OTP codes cannot reach you. So, the first step is to get a duplicate SIM for the same number from your network franchise.

If that is not possible, contact Pak VIP support with your user ID and proof of account ownership. They can guide you through a manual number change.

Too Many Wrong Tries

After several failed attempts, the app may pause sign-ins for a while as a safety step. In that case, wait before trying again, or use the forgot-password route instead of guessing.

Account Under Review

Occasionally, an account is paused for checks, for instance after a name mismatch on a cash-out. When this happens, the help desk can tell you what is needed to clear it.

06 — Symptoms

Symptom Checker: Why Your Login Is Not Working

07 — Fake pages

Fake Login Pages: How to Spot Them

Scammers copy popular sign-in pages to steal passwords. Because of this, it pays to know the warning signs.

Warning Signs of a Fake Login Link

  • The link arrives from an unknown WhatsApp or Facebook account.
  • The web address has odd spellings or extra words.
  • The page asks for your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN.
  • It promises a large free gift if you sign in quickly.
  • The design looks slightly off, with blurry logos or broken text.

What to Do If You Entered Details on a Fake Page

  1. Open the real app right away and change your password.
  2. If you shared a wallet PIN, change that PIN in your wallet app too.
  3. Check your Records tab for any activity you do not recognise.
  4. Report it to Pak VIP support with a screenshot of the fake page.
08 — First steps

First Things to Do After You Sign In

Once you are inside, a few quick steps set your account up properly. Start with these four.

Claim Your Daily Check-In

Look for the check-in or gift icon on the lobby. Tapping it once a day builds a streak, and longer streaks often bring bigger gifts.

Redeem a Gift Code

  1. Open the gift or promotions section.
  2. Find the box marked for gift codes.
  3. Enter the code exactly as written and tap redeem.

Keep in mind that genuine codes come from official Pak VIP notices. Never pay anyone for a code.

Link Your JazzCash or Easypaisa Wallet

Linking a wallet early saves time later. Make sure the wallet is registered in the same name as your Pak VIP profile.

Check Your VIP Level

Tap your profile to see your current VIP level and what the next one unlocks. It helps to know which perks are already yours.

09 — Settings

Inside Your Account Settings

The settings menu holds the controls that keep your account in shape.

Changing Your Password

Go to Profile, then Security, then Change Password. After confirming with OTP, enter the new password twice and save.

Switching On Two-Step Protection

Turn on OTP confirmation for sign-ins on new devices and for cash-outs. As a result, even someone who learns your password cannot get far.

Updating Your Name and Wallet Details

Your profile name should match your wallet name exactly. If it does not, fix it here before requesting any cash-out.

Changing the Language

Prefer Urdu? Simply switch the language from settings, and the menus change instantly.

10 — Glossary

Account Terms Explained Simply

New users often meet unfamiliar words right after signing in. This short glossary clears them up.

TermMeaning
User ID (UID)Your unique account number, useful when contacting support
OTPA one-time code sent by text to confirm it is really you
Invitation CodeA code from a friend, used when signing up
Gift CodeA promo code from official notices that adds a reward
RebateA small part of your daily play returned to your balance
Play-ThroughHow many times a gift must be played before a cash-out
VIP LevelYour rank, which rises with activity and unlocks perks
RecordsThe history of your recharges, cash-outs and rewards
11 — Gift terms

Reading Gift Terms Without Confusion

Gifts look generous, but each one comes with conditions. Check these three points before accepting any reward:

  • Play-through: how many rounds the gift must go through before a cash-out opens.

  • Expiry: the date or time after which an unused gift disappears.

  • Game limits: some gifts count only on certain games.

12 — Devices

Using One Account on More Than One Device

You can sign in on a new phone at any time with your number, password and an OTP. However, running the same account on two phones at once usually logs one of them out.

So, stick to one main device, and sign out of any phone you no longer use.

13 — Signing out

Signing Out and Keeping Shared Phones Safe

  • Always sign out when using a family member’s or friend’s phone.
  • Turn off “Remember Me” on any phone that is not yours.
  • Clear the browser history after signing in on a shared laptop.

To sign out, open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out.

14 — Safety

Account Safety Habits That Actually Work

DoDo Not
Use a password you use nowhere elseShare your password or OTP with anyone
Turn on two-step protectionSign in through links from strangers
Update the app regularlyInstall copies sent over WhatsApp
Check your Records tab weeklyGive your wallet PIN to “support”
Sign out on shared phonesSave your password in notes or screenshots
15 — Limits

Healthy Limits Once You Are Signed In

Signing in should be for fun, not for chasing losses. Therefore, set a few personal limits early:

  • Choose a weekly spending cap and stick to it.
  • Set a timer for each session.
  • Log out after a losing streak instead of playing on.
  • Keep household and school funds out of the app.
16 — Support

When to Contact Support and What to Send

Some problems need the help desk, such as a lost SIM, a held cash-out or an account under review. To get a faster answer, send all of the following at once:

  • Your user ID (UID)
  • Your registered mobile number
  • A screenshot of the error message
  • The transaction ID, if the issue involves a payment
  • A short, clear description of what happened

Reach support through the headset or chat icon inside the app. Remember, real support staff will never ask for your password or OTP.

17 — FAQ

Pak VIP Login FAQs

Can I sign in without a password?

Yes, if the OTP sign-in option is available. It sends a one-time code to your registered number instead.

Why does my OTP take so long to arrive?

Usually, a weak signal or a full message inbox is to blame. Wait a minute, free up inbox space and then request a new code.

Is my password case-sensitive?

Yes. “Pakvip123” and “pakvip123” count as two different passwords.

Can I change my registered number?

Yes, although it usually needs help from support. Keep your user ID and account details ready.

What happens to my balance if I cannot sign in?

Nothing. Your balance stays saved on the account until you regain access.

Can I sign in on both the app and a browser?

You can use either one, but it is best to stay signed in on one at a time to avoid being logged out.

Where do I find genuine gift codes?

Look only at official in-app notices and official channels. Codes sold by strangers are almost always fake.

Why was I signed out on my own?

This often happens after an app update, a password change or a sign-in on another phone. Simply sign in again.

I signed up but cannot log in. What went wrong?

The sign-up may not have finished. Try the Pak VIP register steps again and make sure you entered the OTP.

Does reinstalling the app reset my password?

No. Your password stays the same, so reinstalling from the download page and signing in works as usual.

18 — Final word
